Frequently asked questions

Kaxa is currently Android-only and free on Google Play. An iOS version is in development.

Expense and income tracking, pockets to organize your money by account, category budgets with 80% alerts, savings goals with visual progress, debt and installment tracking, and recurring payments. No ads, no account required.

Pockets are how Kaxa organizes your real money. Create one for cash, one for your bank account, one for your digital wallet — as many as you need. Each pocket has its own balance and they all add up to your total. You know exactly where every dollar is, not just how much you have.

Three ways: by voice (say "spent $50 at the grocery store" and AI detects amount, category, and pocket), by receipt photo (snap a ticket and on-device OCR reads the total without internet), or manually with the numpad. All three work from the same screen.

Almost everything works offline: manual entry, receipt OCR, budgets, goals, and reports. Only voice logging with AI needs a connection to process natural language. No data? Use manual or photo — done.

Your financial data lives only on your device. No servers storing it, no accounts to get hacked, nothing to sell. Only you have access. For an extra layer, enable biometric lock with fingerprint or face recognition.

Most apps ask you to link your bank, create an account, or pay before you can do anything. Kaxa opens and works from the first second — no login, no bank sync, no friction. And built-in AI makes logging as fast as sending a message.

Kaxa supports USD, EUR, MXN, COP, BRL, ARS, GTQ, and HNL. You pick yours the first time you open the app.

Google Play → Subscriptions → Kaxa → Cancel. No calls, no forms, no penalties. You keep full access until your paid period ends.
